云南能投10月16日公告，拟以自有资金179.96万元收购全资子公司云南省盐业有限公司持有的会泽云能清洁能源有限公司（以下简称“会泽公司”）100%股权，并向其增资8110万元。本次交易完成后，会泽公司注册资本将从100万元增加至8210万元。
