10月15日，菲林格尔（603226）发布公告，因工作调整，Jürgen Vöhringer申请辞去公司董事长/法定代表人、董事及董事会下设专门委员会委员职务，辞职后将不在公司担任任何职务。
2025年中期，菲林格尔实现收入1.36亿元，归母净利润-2693万元。
