新京报贝壳财经讯 10月14日，盛屯矿业公告称，公司拟通过全资子公司以每股1.38加元的价格，现金收购加拿大上市公司Loncor全部已发行股份，交易金额约2.61亿加元，约合1.9亿美元。收购完成后，公司将持有Loncor100%股权。Loncor核心资产为位于刚果(金)的阿杜姆比金矿项目，资源量较大，具有扩产潜力。
