买的新手机刚拿到手,却发现无法使用?14日,不少苹果用户反映无法激活手机。
自10月13日晚开始,多地大量用户反映,其新购买的iPhone 17及iPhone 17 Pro Max无法激活,这一问题持续至14日上午仍未得到解决,在社交媒体上引发关注。

Affected users saw the on-screen message: "This iPhone cannot be activated without an internet connection. Please try again, or connect this iPhone to a Mac or PC to activate it." Many speculated that the problem originated from Apple's activation servers, with some noting that the issue began around 2 am.

一位北京的用户分享了其特殊经历:他通过政府补贴渠道购买的手机,按规定需由快递员当面拆封并激活。由于服务器故障,在与快递员共同尝试了一个小时后仍无法完成激活,最终快递员只能无奈地将手机收回,导致交易失败。
Reports from various regions indicated that many buyers were left frustrated after spending hours trying to activate their new phones. One Beijing user said he had purchased his device through a government-subsidized program requiring activation in front of a courier. After more than an hour of failed attempts, the courier had to take the phone back, and the transaction was canceled.

更令部分用户困扰的是,一些用户为了解决数据传输问题,选择将手机恢复出厂设置后重新激活,却因此陷入“死循环”,导致设备彻底无法使用。
Some users faced even greater problems after restoring their phones to factory settings in an effort to fix data transfer issues, only to be caught in an endless activation loop that rendered their devices unusable.

苹果客服表示,自己早上也接到不少客户类似的反馈,目前应该是苹果系统有问题,现在正在修复,可能用不了几个小时,很快就好了。查询苹果系统状态页面,目前所有服务均显示可用。
据蓝鲸新闻,苹果客服向记者回应称,已收到相关问题反馈,工程部给出的临时解决方案为更换网络连接,或通过电脑进行设备激活。当被问及故障是否与服务器相关时,客服表示工程师暂未提供准确信息。
Apple's customer service confirmed receiving numerous complaints that morning, saying the issue likely stemmed from a system problem currently being addressed by engineers and that it "should be fixed soon".
Customer support told reporters that engineers had suggested temporary workarounds such as switching to a different network or activating the device via computer but offered no confirmation on whether the issue was related to Apple's servers.
今年五月份,苹果也出现大规模的服务宕机,经过一个多小时后修复。起初,用户无法正常登录其Apple ID和iCloud。
