10月13日中午消息，从知情人士处获悉，满帮集团近日在内部发文称，将取消集团统一“奋斗日”的安排。同时强调：本次调整不代表弱化奋斗精神，面对激烈的市场竞争，我们仍需保持拼搏意识，全力投入创造价值。据悉，此前满帮集团将每月月末的周六确定为“奋斗日”，需要正常上班。对于取消“奋斗日”，通知称，本次调整是公司关注员工需求、优化工作体验的重要举措。
