9月25日，国家金融监督管理总局焦作监管分局发布行政处罚信息，河南沁阳江南村镇银行股份有限公司、崔燚（时任沁阳江南村镇银行原行长）因以贷还贷掩盖风险暴露违法行为被处罚。
焦金罚决字〔2025〕20号-21号行政处罚决定书显示，因以贷还贷掩盖风险暴露违法违规行为，河南沁阳江南村镇银行股份有限公司被罚款30万元；崔燚（时任沁阳江南村镇银行原行长）被处以警告。
