10月10日，科创新源（300731）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任李静担任公司证券事务代表，协助董事会秘书工作，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会届满时止。
李静，1994年4月生，2018年5月至2021年7月任职于深信服（300454）证券部，2022年10月至今任职于深圳科创新源新材料股份有限公司董事会办公室。
2025年中期，科创新源实现收入5.41亿元，归母净利润1760万元。
