10月10日，保利发展（600048）发布公告，公司在2025年9月份实现签约面积112万平方米，同比减少10.46%；签约金额205.31亿元，同比减少1.84%。在2025年1-9月期间，公司实现签约面积1010万平方米，同比减少25.13%；签约金额2017.31亿元，同比减少16.53%。
