格隆汇10月10日丨富汇国际集团控股(01034.HK)发布公告，2025年9月26日，公司接获联交所函件，载明联交所上市委员会已根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条决议取消公司股份的上市地位(“该决定”)，因公司未能于2025年9月11日前完全符合恢复指引并于联交所恢复股份买卖。
公司将不会根据上市规则第2B.06(2)条要求上市复核委员会复核该决定。该函件表明股份的最后上市日期为2025年10月14日，股份于联交所的上市地位将于2025年10月15日上午9时正起取消。
