格隆汇10月9日丨梁志天设计集团(02262.HK)宣布，公司的间接全资附属公司，SLDL，于2025年10月9日，接纳并签署独立第三方MDL(作为业主的代理人)发出的续租要约书，续订该物业的租赁，该物业为包括香港九龙九龙湾宏泰道23号Manhattan Place 30楼全层。由2026年5月1日起至2032年4月30日止(包括首尾两日)为期六年，用作集团的办公室物业。
