评比形式：朗读高手（约90秒）+ 即兴问答（约90秒）

相关说明：选手从现场抽取一篇短文/片段进行朗读（共十篇），要求发音清晰准确，语调自然，通过流利有感情地朗读，使所读内容的内涵得到更好的体现。考查重点为语音、语调、理解能力、精神风貌。评委根据朗读情况即兴对朗读内容以及相关话题进行提问，选手应充分理解朗读内容，自信主动的与评委进行沟通。准备时间约180秒。

第一篇

Gordon pets his dog, Buddy, and says, “Mom, are you working at the office today? I need help finding my yellow ball."“No, I'm not working at the office,” says Mom, “But I am going to the library to get books, and the bakery to buy cookies. Then I'm going to the bus station to pick up Grandma.” Gordon asks,“Can Grandma and I go to the park and the toy store to look for my ball?”“Sure. Buddy needs a walk, so bring him with you.” Gordon nods.

Then he sits and asks his dog, “Buddy, do you know where my ball is?” Buddy runs off. Gordon follows him. There's the yellow ball in Buddy's bed!

I say, "Let's play that rooms are places. Your bedroom has books. It's the bookstore." Helen says, "Oh, I see. My living room has a TV. It's a movie theater." I nod and say, "Your kitchen has cookies. It's the bakery!" Helen smiles and says, "Let's walk to the bakery for cookies." I say, "Sure. That's fun!"

第三篇

In the summer, the Smith family moves into a new house. They meet their new neighbors, the Fishers and the Kims. The Fishers say, "We saw your house. It's funny. There's one bedroom and four bathrooms." The friendly Smiths say, "It's a funny house for a funny family!"

The Kims give them a big blanket. The Smiths move their beds into the bedroom, and each family member chooses a bathroom. At 7:00 p.m., they make dinner in the kitchen and eat in the dining room. They play games in the living room. Then they get into their beds, share the big blanket, and go to sleep!

第四篇

Forests are some of the most beautiful places on Earth. I'm in a forest now, on a warm day in summer. The sun is high in the sky. There are beautiful, tall trees with shiny, green leaves. I can smell the flowers and the grass. I can hear the birds singing and the bugs buzzing.

This forest is going to be very different in a few months. In fall, the trees change color to orange, yellow, and red. As the weather gets cooler, the leaves start falling to the ground. Most people like forests in fall because the leaves are colorful. But I think fall is worse than spring or summer. And winter is better than spring and summer!

Her hair was black and straight, and she kept it in a beautiful, long ponytail. She wore small glasses and pretty earrings. A tear ran down Mrs. Park's cheek. I'm so silly, she thought, and got up to make lunch.

Mrs. Park stopped at the mirror in the hallway. There, looking back at her, was the woman in the photo. Of course, she wasn't young anymore. She looked a lot older and her hair was different: shoulder-length and white as snow...

The little girl runs to the window. There's a fire-fighting mailcow. It's flying in the sky."Maybe it's got a birthday card from Grandma,"says the little girl. "Cows are farm animals. They make milk."says Mum."Cows can't fly. They haven't got wings,"says Dad. But the little girl knows that it is a cow. A fire-fighting mailcow for her birthday.

So the fisherman throws the fish into the sea.The fisherman tells his wife about the magic fish. She is angry. "You find a magic fish," she says. "Then you throw him into the sea! Why? A magic fish can give us a nice house."She points to the door，"Go and find the fish again. Ask him for a nice house."The fisherman goes to the beach.

Sam loves visiting his grandad in the country. Together they dig beds for the vegetables, feed the chicks and water the flowers. And when Sam gets hungry he picks a peach from his favourite peach tree and eats it. But most of all Sam loves his grandad's sunflowers. He loves to stand and look at them as they dance in the wind.Then Grandad always picks one and hides behind it to make him laugh. Peepo, Sam!

One day, Sam visits his grandad's farm and the sunflowers are gone . The field looks empty and sad. Sam is sad, too."Where are the sunflowers, Grandad?" he says.

It's dark now. It's time to go to bed. But Andy doesn't like going to bed. He doesn't like the dark. Andy's in bed. He can't sleep.He doesn't like the dark. He's afraid of the dark.

One day there's a mouse in the bathroom! Mum doesn't like the mouse. She's afraid of the mouse. But Dad's not afraid of the mouse. What's Dad doing? He's putting the mouse into a little box. "Let’s take the mouse into the garden！"Tonight, Andy's not afraid, he's happy. He's got an idea. A great idea! It's very dark in the bedroom now. But Andy's not afraid. He's got a torch and a little box. What's Andy doing? He's putting the dark into the box. Now all the dark is in the box.

And lots of shapes, too.They are big and small, long and short, round and square. There are so many fish in the sea! It's fun! Ermy is happy in the sea."Wow!This is great!"

But Pat is not in the sea. He is on the beach. He can't find Ermy.The sea is very big and Ermy is very small. It's evening. It's time to go home. Pat is sad without Ermy."Ermy, where are you, Ermy? It's time to go home."
