粤进深 严明会 据好地大数据，2025年1-9月，广州共成交涉宅用地（住宅、商住、租赁住房，下同）22宗，总出让金额211.9亿元，同比去年下降38.6%。
总成交建面116.6万方，同比去年下降34.9%；楼面均价18172元/㎡，同比去年下跌5.6%。
央国企仍是拿地主力军，拿地金额138.6亿元，占比65%；民营房企拿地金额50.7亿元，占比24%；城投类房企拿地金额22.6亿元，占比11%。
其中，排名前三的分别是保利置业、越秀和敏捷，拿地金额分别为38亿元、34.2亿元、33.2亿元。
