10月8日，酷派集团（02369）发布公告，2025年10月7日，公司的直接全资附属公司Digital Tech于公开市场出售合计121万股CLSK股份，每股售价在16.83美元至18.85美元之间，总代价约2095万美元。
CLSK为一家于美国内华达州注册成立的比特币挖矿公司，在美国各地独立拥有并经营大型数据中心组合。
