西海岸企业涉无证用水。根据黄岛区综合执法局移送关于开展商砼企业取用水情况联合执法检查的函，经大场中队调查，青岛开投砼业有限公司在黄岛区大场镇董家村东侧涉嫌未经批准擅自取水，2024年生产用水量0.555万立方米。依据水法69条，开投砼业被罚2万元。据悉，青岛开投砼业有限公司由青岛华欧集团股份有限公司100%持股，属于开投集团旗下企业。
