智通财经APP获悉，中国金融租赁(02312)高开逾8%，截至发稿，涨8.59%，报1.39港元，成交额126.49万港元。
消息面上，中国金融租赁公布，向一名独立第三方金鑫发行6937.95万股认购股份；每股作价1.25港元，较上一交易日收报折让2.34%，净筹约8647.44万港元，约94.22%用于投资不同行业公司之上市及非上市证券，重点投向Web3及/或人工智能领域；约5.78%用于一般营运资金。完成后，金鑫先生将持有公司股本16.67%，其为Antalpha Platform Holding Company的创办人兼行政总裁。
