据越南堤坝管理与自然灾害预防部门统计，截至当地时间10月1日18时，台风“博罗依”在越南已造成34人死亡，22人失踪。
据悉，台风“博罗依”造成超过15万间房屋受损，4.8万公顷的稻田及其他农作物被淹，8200根电线杆被折断，造成近9万亿越南盾的经济损失。（总台记者 王宇）
