9月30日金融一线消息，山东金融监管局今日发布两则批复，同意青岛农商银行吸收合并济宁蓝海村镇银行、山东沂南蓝海村镇银行、日照蓝海村镇银行。三家村镇银行改建为青岛农商银行的分支机构，并承接其资产、负债、业务及各项权利义务。
