9月29日，国家重大科技基础设施——“超重力离心模拟与实验装置”正式启用部分核心设备。该装置由浙江大学牵头建设，包括3台超重力离心机、18台机载实验装置以及实验大楼等配套设施。此次启用的是目前全世界容量最大的超重力离心机，团队自主研发的实验装置也同步亮相。（央视新闻）
