优刻得9月29日晚间公告，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购总金额不低于人民币800万元（含），不超过人民币1000万元（含）。回购价格不超过人民币40.33元/股（含）。回购股份将用于股权激励或员工持股计划。回购期限为自公司股东会审议通过本次回购方案之日起6个月内。
