9月29日，经纬辉开（300120）发布公告，公司于2025年9月26日召开职工代表大会，选举刘冬梅担任第六届董事会职工代表董事。刘冬梅原为公司第六届董事会非独立董事，任期自本次职工代表大会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满之日止。
2025年中期，经纬辉开实现收入12.75亿元，归母净利润1408万元。
