9月22日至9月28日，北京新房共成交1215套，成交总面积达14.62万㎡，成交总金额83.79亿元。其中，位于通州的中建运河玖院以294套、3.81万㎡、23.46亿元的网签成绩，成为全市新房网签周度金额冠军。数据显示，自9月13日取得预售证以来，该项目共网签420套，成交均价61414.06元/㎡。
