9月28日，由中铁十一局承建的国道351线夹金山隧道顺利建成，将于10月1日开放试运行。夹金山位于四川雅安市宝兴县与阿坝藏族羌族自治州小金县交界处，是中央红军长征翻越的第一座大雪山，海拔4000多米。夹金山隧道于2021年12月26日正式开工，主洞长9.35公里。（新华社）
