格隆汇9月26日丨迷策略(02440.HK)宣布，盘嘉盈已递交辞呈，辞任公司之公司秘书、香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下之本公司授权代表；及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例所规定於香港代表公司接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人，自2025年9月26日起生效。
