毕马威9月26日宣布，亚太区 (ASPAC) 董事会已选举Martin Sheppard为下一任毕马威亚太区主席，任期自 2025 年 10 月 1 日起。Sheppard将接替陶匡淳（Honson To），后者自 2017 年起担任该职位，同时还兼任毕马威中国主席一职。
Sheppard自 2023 年 9 月起担任毕马威澳大利亚公司董事长，他将继续履行这一职责 。
陶匡淳表示：
Martin 在其职业生涯中一直是战略转型和包容性领导力的稳定推动者。他在引领毕马威澳大利亚度过变革与革新的重大时刻中发挥了关键作用，赢得了客户、监管机构和同事的一致信任。
在担任主席的八年时间里，陶匡淳在加强毕马威亚太区的区域整合和推进跨境增长战略方面发挥了重要作用。在任期内，他坚定地致力于打造以信任为根基、以价值观为主导的文化——倡导诚信、推崇包容，并将亚太区超过5万名专业人士的福祉放在首位。
作为毕马威中国主席，陶匡淳先生的任期也将于 2025 年 9 月 30 日结束。他带领这家中国公司经历了国家经济领域的变革。
