当地时间9月26日，菲律宾民防局比科尔地区负责人在接受媒体采访时表示，台风“博罗依”已经导致比科尔地区至少4人死亡。据悉，受“博罗依”影响，比科尔地区已经撤离了9万余人。据菲律宾国家气象局消息，第20号台风“博罗依”于当地时间9月26日凌晨4时在菲律宾马斯巴特省第二次登陆，目前其已经减弱到强热带风暴级别。目前，菲律宾总统府已经宣布包括首都地区在内的多地停工停课。（央视新闻）
