根据《盐城市防汛抗旱应急预案》有关规定，根据当前水情、雨情，经综合研判，市防汛抗旱指挥部决定，9月25日12时起，将里下河地区防汛应急响应由Ⅱ级调整为Ⅳ级，结束其他地区防汛Ⅲ级应急响应。请各地各单位继续按照预案要求，坚持人民至上、生命至上，做好防汛各项工作，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全和社会大局稳定。
