9月25日，中国高科（600730）发布公告，经公司提名委员会资格审查，董事会同意聘任张鹏为经理。
张鹏，现任公司董事、北大方正人寿保险有限公司董事，曾任新方正控股发展有限责任公司人力资源部负责人，中国平安（601318/02318）人力资源部高级经理。
2025年中期，中国高科实现收入4804万元，归母净利润-460万元。
