吴说获悉，据朝鲜日报报道，韩国最大的门户网站 Naver 的金融子公司 Naver Financial 正与 Upbit 母公司 Dunamu 推进全面换股。交易将通过 Naver Financial 发行新股换取 Dunamu 股东持有的现有股份完成。通过此次换股，Dunamu 将成为 Naver Financial 的全资子公司。Naver 将整合 Dunamu 业务，实现从购物、金融到加密货币交易的日常生活领域全覆盖。
