格隆汇9月24日丨江西银行(01916.HK)公布，于2025年9月24日，董事会审议通过建议委任李秀宏为非执行董事。李秀宏的任职经股东大会批准后，自国家金融监督管理总局江西监管局核准其董事资格之日起生效，任期至第四届董事会任期届满为止，任期届满后可以连选连任。
