当地时间9月23日，美国大宗商品贸易商阿彻丹尼尔斯米德兰（ADM）宣布，已与动物保健和营养公司Alltech签署最终协议，将共同成立北美动物饲料合资企业。ADM表示，其将把旗下11家美国饲料厂纳入该合资企业，并在该企业中持有少数股权。ADM表示，此举旨在削减成本并简化业务组合。
