吴说获悉，SEC 已批准 NYSE Arca 于 2025 年 9 月 19 日提交的规则变更，使 Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF 与 Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF 的上市规则从 Rule 8.201-E（非通用标准）调整为 Rule 8.201-E（通用标准）。变更生效后，两只产品将可依据通用上市标准持续交易，未来无需逐案审批。
