为应对超强台风“桦加沙”，9月23日19时起，广东江门全市交通运输领域将实施紧急管制。江门全市高速公路主线将渐次封闭，沿线收费站双向只出不进，黄茅海通道黄茅海大桥于23日15时实施封闭。
江门全市所有公交线路、客运班线、铁路列车、出租车（网约车）将暂停运营；客运码头及渡口全面停航停渡。
