9月22日晚间，顺丰控股发布公告称，公司于近日收到公司股东及监事刘冀鲁的《告知函》。2025年9月22日，刘冀鲁与其女婿赵颖坤签署《股份转让暨一致行动人协议》。根据该协议，刘冀鲁计划在2025年11月1日至2025年12月31日期间以大宗交易方式向赵颖坤转让公司A股股份数量不超过700万股，转让比例不超过公司总股本的0.14%。
