9月22日，ST易购（002024）发布公告，股东杭州灏月企业管理有限公司基于自身商业安排，计划在未来三个月内通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式合计减持不超过2.63亿股，占公司剔除回购专用账户中股份数量后总股本的2.85%。
2025年中期，ST易购实现收入258.95亿元，归母净利润4869万元。
