根据央视记者当地时间9月22日获得的以色列常驻联合国代表团致联合国安理会主席的信件，以色列不会参加安理会定于9月23日举行的巴以问题高级别会议。信函称这一会议与犹太节日重合，以色列请求重新安排时间但未果，因此不能出席。据了解，联合国秘书长古特雷斯将会出席会议。（央视新闻）
