近日，辛选进行大调整。辛巴妻子、辛选新任掌门人初瑞雪直播宣布主播由签约制改为合伙制，每个人成公司法人，自负盈亏，公司抽取5%服务费。辛选集团主要负责供应链、中台支持及资源赋能，不再直接管理主播运营。
这种模式对辛选来说最大程度了转移了风险，但对主播们来说既是机遇也是考验。
