每经讯，微特股份9月22日发布公告称，2025年9月19日，股东梅超先生通过竞价交易减持公司股份约34万股，直接及间接拥有权益比例由28.48%变为27.89%。梅超先生及其一致行动人合计持股比例由70.26%变为69.67%。
