北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）9月22日，向日葵（300111）复牌后以涨停开盘，报涨停价5.95元/股，涨幅为19.96%。
消息面上，向日葵发布公告称，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买漳州兮璞材料科技有限公司100%股权、浙江贝得药业有限公司40%股权并募集配套资金。
