9月17日消息，邓州市国有资产控股运营集团有限公司2025年面向专业投资者非公开发行公司债券（第一期）完成发行，将于9月18日起挂牌交易。
债券发行规模4亿元，利率3.38％，期限5年，债券募集资金扣除发行费用后，仅用于偿还公司债券本金。2025年6月24日，经联合资信综合评定，发行人主体信用评级为AA，展望稳定。债券主承销商为中邮证券。（来源：大河财立方)
