微软当地时间9月18日发布美国威斯康星州人工智能数据中心情况更新。微软表示，该中心将按计划于2026年初完成建设并投运，兑现最初33亿美元的投资承诺，已开始招聘全职员工支持其运营。
微软承诺在未来三年内再投入40亿美元，建设规模相似的第二座数据中心，将使该公司在威斯康星州的总投资规模超过70亿美元。
