智通财经APP获悉，周四，黑石(BX.US)涨近3%，报188.90美元。消息面上，据知情人士透露，黑石集团和TPG重燃收购医疗诊断公司Hologic的兴趣，这或将成为今年规模最大的医疗保健私有化交易之一。Hologic首席执行官Steve MacMillan的薪酬条款以及近期股价下跌或是促使其出售的诱因。知情人士表示，双方目前正在进行尽职调查，预计下个月内不会达成交易。
