9月18日，*ST东通（300379）发布公告，实际控制人黄永军解除质押股份840万股，占其所持股份的20.48%及公司总股本的1.51%，同时解除质押1120万股，占其所持股份的27.31%及公司总股本的2.01%。截止本公告披露日，黄永军持股数量为4101万股，其所质押的公司股份已全部解除质押。
2025年中期，*ST东通实现收入2.40亿元，归母净利润-5516万元。
