9月18日，会畅通讯（300578）发布公告，董事会秘书陈斌雷因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，陈斌雷将继续担任公司其他职务。
公司董事会同意聘任张骋为新任董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满。张骋持有公司7.15万股股份，占公司总股本的0.04%。
2025年中期，会畅通讯实现收入2.22亿元，归母净利润802万元。
