据正在新闻9月18日报道， 9月17日，有顾客反映在北京四季民福烤鸭店（故宫店）就餐时，在菜品中吃出塑料袋，顾客称看网红门店推荐榜过来的，结果第二道菜就吃出料包味儿的预制菜。 9月18日，涉事门店工作人员回应称，该塑料袋为“装蔬菜的分料包”，事发后已为顾客办理退款。
