蜀道装备(300540)9月18日公告，控股子公司蜀道丰田氢能科技(四川)有限公司（简称“蜀道丰田公司”）拟与四川路桥盛通建筑工程有限公司（简称“路桥盛通公司”）签署《建设工程施工合同》，路桥盛通公司向蜀道丰田公司提供氢燃料电池智能制造基地项目—生产线技术改造施工服务，合同总含税金额为2468.38万元。此次交易属于关联交易，但不构成重大资产重组。合同工期为90天。
