近日，在上海周家嘴路保定路口发生两车事故。交警认定黑色轿车全责。核查中交警发现，车辆驾驶员没有驾照，所持证件系伪造。目前，涉事司机因使用假证和无证驾驶被行拘并罚款1500元。
