12306回应国庆“抢票难”！官方教你这样“捡漏”......

9月16日，12306正式开启国庆长假高铁票预售。

不少网友表示，国庆车票比演唱会门票还难抢，甚至出现“开票即候补”的情况，相关话题迅速登上热搜第一。

Tickets for high-speed rail trips during the upcoming National Day holiday became available for booking on Tuesday via the official 12306 China Railway platform, with high-demand routes selling out instantly and leaving many passengers in waitlist status immediately after sales opened.

The topic quickly soared to the top of trending searches on social media, as netizens compared the challenge of securing a ticket to that of snagging a coveted concert pass.

国铁集团预测，今年国庆中秋假期铁路日均发送旅客2.19亿人次，10月1日为客流最高峰日，预计9月17日将形成购票高峰。假日期间，全国铁路将实行高峰运行图，计划开行旅客列车约1.3万列。

According to China State Railway Group, the extended National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday period is expected to see an average of 219 million railway passenger trips per day. The peak travel day is projected to be Oct 1, with Wednesday anticipated to be the busiest day for ticket purchases.

To meet the surge in demand, the national railway network will implement a peak-period operation schedule, with plans to run approximately 13,000 passenger trains daily during the holiday.

针对“开票即候补”情况，12306工作人员表示，国庆期间购票相对难度较高，需要旅客多刷新关注一下。
该工作人员表示，有些旅客提交了订单，但还没付款，会出现首页显示有票，进入购买页面却显示需要候补的情况，如该旅客未付款，则订单在20分钟后失效，建议想要买票的旅客及时关注。

12306 China Railway staff explained that the immediate shift to waitlist status often occurs because some passengers have placed tickets in their carts but not completed payment. During that window, the system may still show available tickets until the unpaid orders expire after 20 minutes. Travelers were advised to keep refreshing the page and check for any released tickets.

另据白鹿视频9月17日消息，记者询问是否会加开车次，客服表示铁路这边国庆期间已将能投入的运力都投入进去了，出现秒光可能是大量旅客集中抢票，可以等待候补或者看下中转车票。

In response to questions about adding extra trains, the staff stated that the railway operator has already mobilized all available transport capacity for the holiday period. The instant sellouts, they noted, are primarily due to the high volume of users booking at the same time. They recommended that passengers consider waitlisting or explore transfer options.

此外，对于不少软件或小程序显示加价XX元提升XX%抢票成功几率的情况，客服也提醒，“没有用”，第三方软件所说的加价提升候补几率是没用的，“所有旅客不管是购票还是候补几率都是公平的，加再多钱也是一样的，不要再多付钱了。”

The staff also warned against using third-party software or platforms that claim to increase the chances of securing tickets through paid "accelerated booking packages". "It is not helpful," the representative emphasized. "All passengers have the same opportunity when purchasing tickets or joining the waitlist, regardless of payment to third parties. Adding more money won't improve your chances."

多部门提醒：警惕“加价代抢”

近年来，高铁票每逢节假日就“秒光”已经成了“固有”的现象，不少人买不到票，便试图委托其他人一起抢，代抢“应运而生”。近日有媒体曝光，在某二手平台，在12306上代抢一张国庆期间的车票需要加价110到150元不等。

In recent years, the rapid sellout of high-speed rail tickets during holidays has become common. As a result, some travelers have turned to unauthorized resellers who offer booking services for a high fee. Recent media reports found that on some secondary market platforms, such services are charging between 110 to 150 yuan ($15-21) per ticket for National Day travel.

相比起充满忽悠意味的“加速包”，代抢貌似更“靠谱”，但代抢亦有违法犯罪之嫌：

2023年国庆前夕，两男子因加价代买火车票被警方行拘；对此，国家应急广播曾提示：车票均为实名制，盲目相信黄牛代抢，不仅耽误出行，还会泄露个人信息。

Although such reselling might appear more reliable than buying "acceleration packages", it carries legal and security risks. Ahead of the National Day holiday in 2023, two men were detained by police for reselling train tickets with markups. National Emergency Broadcasting has also warned the public that trusting unauthorized agents not only risks disrupting travel plans but could also lead to personal information leakage.

12306 China Railway reaffirmed that it does not endorse or partner with any third-party ticketing services. The official reminder emphasized: "The 12306 China Railway website and mobile app are the only official online ticket platforms... and no additional fees such as accelerated booking packages, membership fees, or seat selection fees are charged."

手把手教你使用官方“捡漏神器”

开票时如果没抢到票，不妨试试官方“捡漏神器”——铁路12306的候补购票功能。

For those who didn't secure tickets initially, the official waitlist function on the 12306 China Railway platform serves as an effective official remedy for snatching canceled tickets.

具体操作如下：

1.在余票页面点击候补按钮，添加购物车。候补列表展示已选候补车次和席别。点击下一步进入确认候补订单页面。

2.支持添加更多候补车次。每个用户同时可以保有6个待兑现候补订单；每个候补订单最多可选择3个乘车日期，总计添加不超过60个车次；最多可添加9位乘车人；候补订单截止兑现时间为不晚于开车前20分钟。

3.添加更多候补车次后，在确认候补订单页面的最上方，可以查看全部候补车次信息，包括日期、车次、席别、区间。

4.打开“接受新增列车”模块。打开新增列车选项即可设置新增列车兑现条件。

5.支持查看当前候补订单的预估成功率，预估成功率按照历史候补订单兑现情况测算，仅供参考。

国铁集团表示，铁路12306大数据系统将根据客流需求变化动态调整票额投放，兼顾长途和短途旅客需求，在长途票额充足时，会自动分时段将部分票额转移到沿途各站，所有新增票额将优先配售给已提交候补购票订单的旅客。
