9月10日，“嘎子谢孟伟”身穿警察制式服装直播带货，被网友举报。9月17日晚，耿马县公安局发布警情通报称，依法对谢某某(即谢孟伟)行政拘留7日。
9月18日中午，现代快报记者注意到，“嘎子谢孟伟”快手号已被平台封禁。据悉，“嘎子谢孟伟”身穿警服直播的平台就在快手。
