人民财讯9月18日电，2025年9月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子烟油雾化器及其组件和下游产品（Certain Oil Vaporizing Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1392）作出337部分终裁：对发回重审的最终初裁（FID）予以复审，确认申请方满足美国国内地位的经济要素，并请利益相关方就涉及到的公众利益和建议救济措施提交书面材料，不晚于2025年10月1日提交。
