中南股份（000717）发布公告，2025年9月17日，公司第九届董事会第六次临时会议审议通过了关于选举公司董事长的议案。原董事长吴琨宗因工作原因辞职，董事会选举解旗为新任董事长，并担任公司战略委员会主任委员及提名委员会委员，其任期与第九届董事会相同。
2025年中期，中南股份实现收入128.26亿元，归母净利润529万元。
